Students pursuing the following are not eligible:
– Foreign undergraduate courses.
– Foreign students from Canada.
– Pilots, Army, or those in sports and entertainment courses.

Yes, JITO – JEAP provides financial assistance at 0% interest, making it a completely interest-free program.
No, collateral security is not required for financial assistance under JITO – JEAP
To ensure smooth processing, apply at least 90 days (3 months) before your course begins.
The application should be created in the student’s name (as per their PAN card).
Once submitted, students will receive a response within working 60 days, including a follow-up call.
The maximum financial assistance depends on various factors, including course fees, the country of study, repayment capability, and the chosen university. The amount is determined by the Management Team based on detailed criteria.
Repayment terms may vary depending on the course, but repayment is expected immediately upon course completion.
The sanctioning process involves a three-level interview: Chapter, Apex staff, and the Management Committee. Interviews will be conducted online, and a home visit by the Chapter may occur if required.
No, there are no processing charges or disbursement fees for the financial assistance.
Yes, the funds must be used solely for the payment of tuition fees.
Yes, students can apply, but they must disclose details of any existing loans or financial aid during the application process and also if asked in interviews.

JEAP does not provide financial assistance for professional courses. Only UGC/AICTE/NAAC accredited courses or universities ranked among the top 200 globally (QS rankings) are eligible.
No, financial assistance is only available for postgraduate students at foreign universities.
No, JEAP assistance is not available for online or distance education programs.
No, the financial assistance cannot be used for past education expenses.
Students can check the status of their application online and will receive an email once the application is approved.
A student can apply only once per academic year. If additional funds are sanctioned in the next year, the student must complete the second-year document formalities.
JEAP ensures that no personal information will be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
In such cases, the student, their parents, or co-applicant must repay the entire financial assistance amount immediately.
The financial assistance will be disbursed in Indian Rupees directly to the student’s Indian bank account.
Once all conditions are met, sanction letter receives to student on mail and physical documents are submitted to JEAP office by (Courier / Physical), the assistance will be disbursed via NEFT to the student’s bank account.
Yes, students can repay earlier than the scheduled tenure and close their FA account.
Yes, both the student and their parents/guarantors are equally responsible for the repayment of the financial assistance.
No, the repayment terms cannot be extended. Students must secure a job within 3 months after completing their course and begin repayment. For any delays, students must contact JEAP.
There is no fixed deadline, but it is recommended to apply at least 90 days before your course begins.
If repayment is delayed, interest will be charged at a rate of 12% per annum from the due date.
No, applicants must use a single email ID. Once registered, the email ID cannot be changed.
The application form must be submitted online. It is not possible to submit the form via post.
Yes, you can update and change your application until it is submitted.
Once the application is approved by the Apex Staff, it will be forwarded to the Chapter, where an interview will be conducted over the phone with the student and/or parents.
No, JEAP provides financial assistance, not scholarships.

Guarantors should be no older than 65 years and must be from the Jain community. Immediate family members (father, mother, sibling), also housewife cannot be guarantors, nor can both guarantors share the same address. Also Student address and guarantor address shouldn’t be same. Your Maternal Uncle/Aunty, Paternal Uncle/Aunty cannot be in Family Contact Details.

No, JEAP does not assist with visa applications or seat bookings at universities.
No, JEAP does not assist with the admission process to colleges or universities.
No, JEAP does not own or operate any hostels.
No, JEAP does not provide job placement assistance.
Your Maternal Uncle/Aunty, Paternal Uncle/Aunty. The Guarantor should not be in Family contact details. He / She should be Jain. Immediate family member (Father, Mother, Sibling) cannot be in Family Contact Details.
JEAP does not process the application for scholarship we only process the application for Education assistance and the amount has to be returned to JEAP
Any Jain student who is competent, deserving, and financially needy is eligible to apply.

No, the financial assistance provided under JEAP is interest-free.

You have to upload only JPEG, PNG or PDF only. If you have multiple documents then merge all that in 1 upload option and then upload because in system we have only 1 upload option to upload each document.
We want your original signature printed on Pan card. If we found any other format or you have signed on white line any such we will not accept that.
No, it is not at all accepted.
We only accept savings bank account of Student, Father & Mother. The account should be active with latest transactions. Also we do not accept any UPI transaction details account.
Kindly upload the current status of your VISA application (such as the application letter) or a handwritten document with student signature confirming that you have applied for the VISA. You can submit the VISA later once you get sanction letter from JEAP along with other documents.
You have to check in your Jain Sangh community or nearest Derasar.
Kindly take it from our portal under ‘https://jitojeap.in/documents/’ this document section
It should contain be proper certificate from your Sangh, Community only. If you use our format then it should contain Sangh Stamp and Signature of the Head person of the Derasar and his details.
Only top 200 QS Ranking colleges which falls under our portal (https://jitojeap.in/foreign/). You can check your College/ University here.
If you are living with a single parent, kindly upload the following documents of the same parent you are currently living with: Bank Statement (recent), PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Divorce Certificate (legal document) or Death Certificate.
Step 1 – Apex Staff: After you submit your application, our Apex Team will review it within 3–4 working days. Based on the review, your application will either be approved or sent back to you for correction.
Step 2 – Chapter Interview: Once approved, your local Chapter will schedule an interview with you (via Zoom, Google Meet, or in person). After the interview, they will record their remarks and approve the application to be forwarded to the Apex Team.
Step 3 – Apex Level Interview:
The Apex Team will then conduct an online interview with you and your parents (via Google Meet). They will ask a series of questions, record your responses, and enter their remarks.
Step 4 – Final Interview (Management Team):
In the final stage, our Management Team will conduct the last interview and provide their remarks. Your application will then be presented in a meeting for a final decision—either approval with a sanctioned amount or rejection.
